If you do not use the t_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1593 in-game cheat code then use the Free Vampire Perks. The Free Vampire Perks 2 version has Free Power Perks and Weakness Perks cost 1 point each. Update: Thanks to dplace, another modder here on MTS it was discovered if you use the in-game cheat code: t_stat rankedStatistic_Occult_VampireXP 1593, that will take your Vampire to Grand Master Vampire instantly, the Weakness Perks have to have a cost of at least 1 point to be able to save. No update is needed for the game version 1.44.77 (June 19 patch).
There has been no changes to the XML files so no update needed.
